Write a goal in every square, from "run a 10K" to "try a new recipe". Mark a square when it's done and the card counts your bingos. Pick a reward for every line you complete and a bigger one for a full card. Free, no sign-up, saved in your browser, and it prints as a one-page card for the fridge.
Type straight into a square. Tap the circle in its corner when that goal is done; tap again to undo. A bingo is a full row, column or diagonal.
Some of your squares are really habits ("read 12 books", "run 50 times")? Habit Rewards tracks them day by day and pays coins you spend on rewards you set (free on iPhone and Android).
A goal bingo card (a "life bingo" or New Year bingo card) swaps one big resolution for a grid of smaller goals: usually 25 squares on a 5×5 card, with a free space in the middle. Some squares are one-off adventures, some are habits, some are small kindnesses. You don't have to finish everything; the aim is to complete lines. It works because there is always a square you can do this week, and each line is a visible win long before December.

A line on a 5×5 card is five goals: that deserves something. Pick rewards you'd really look forward to, and make the full card worth noticeably more than one line. A few that work: dinner at a restaurant you've been saving, a concert ticket, a new book or game, a spa afternoon, a day off with nothing planned, new running shoes, a weekend away for the full card. More in 70 ways to reward yourself.
Squares like "read 12 books", "walk 10,000 steps for 30 days" or "journal for 30 days" aren't done in one go; they're done a little every day, and that's where most bingo cards stall in February. Track those on a printable yearly habit tracker, or in an app. Habit Rewards is the one we make: every check-off pays coins by how hard the habit is, and you spend them on rewards you set yourself, so the daily part of a square gets a payoff too, not only the line. It's free for three habits on iPhone and Android, with reminders, streaks and home-screen widgets.
25 (5×5) is the classic, with a free space in the middle, so 24 goals. If that feels like a lot, a 4×4 card has 16 and a 3×3 card has 9: a good size for a single season or a couple's card.
Most people leave it as a free square. Some put the one thing they're sure to do, or the goal that matters most, so every line through the middle starts with it.
That's normal. Few people complete all 25; the point is lines and momentum. Count your bingos in December, keep the squares you still want and move them to next year's card.
