Question 1

What makes Habit Rewards different from other habit trackers?

Accepted Answer

Most habit trackers motivate you with streaks and charts. Habit Rewards adds a payoff you choose: every habit earns coins when you check it off, and you spend the coins on rewards you write and price yourself, like a coffee out or an evening off. There is no game or avatar to manage.

Question 2

How do coins and rewards work?

Accepted Answer

Each habit earns 1, 4, 8 or 16 coins, depending on how hard you set it to be. You add rewards with a coin price, and claim one when your balance covers it. One-off tasks earn coins too.

Question 3

What happens if I miss a day?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is taken away for a day you don't check off. You can go back and check off a day you forgot by picking the date on Home, and a Skip, bought with coins, keeps a streak alive on a day you can't do the habit.

Question 4

Can I set daily, weekly and monthly habits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Habits can repeat daily, weekly or monthly, and one-off tasks (like booking the dentist) sit alongside them. You can also add reminders to each habit at the times you pick.

Question 5

Is Habit Rewards free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free for three habits and three rewards, and one-off tasks don't count toward that. Each friend who signs up with your invite code adds three more of each. Habit Rewards Pro removes the limits; the app shows the plans and prices for your country.

Question 6

Is it on Android, and does it sync between devices?

Accepted Answer

Habit Rewards is on iPhone and Android. It works offline, and when you sign in your habits are backed up and synced between your devices.

Question 7

Which languages does the app support?

Accepted Answer

The app is in English and Simplified Chinese.

Question 8

How do I cancel Pro or redeem a promo code?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google: cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. To redeem a promo code on iPhone, see how to redeem a promo code.

Question 9

How do I delete my account data?
