Free Habit Tools and Printables

Five small tools for building habits with rewards. They work in your browser with no sign-up and no email. The four printables save what you type on your device and print on one page.

Printable Habit Tracker with Rewards

Pick a month, list your habits, and set a goal for each one, like 20 of 30 days. Next to each goal you write the reward you get for reaching it. It prints as a landscape grid with one box per day.

Good for: tracking 3 to 6 daily habits for a whole month.

30-Day Challenge Tracker

Choose one challenge and a start date, and you get 30 boxes with the dates filled in. Rewards sit on day 7, 14, 21 and 30, so the next one is never more than a week away. There are 42 challenge ideas on the page if you need one.

Good for: starting one new habit, or a challenge with friends.

Chore Chart with Rewards

A weekly chart where every chore pays coins: 1 for easy, 4 for medium, 8 for hard, 16 for the worst ones. The reward menu at the bottom has prices in coins, and the chart tells you what a full week pays. Presets for one person, a shared home or kids.

Good for: housework, roommates and family chores.

Dopamine Menu Builder

A dopamine menu lists things that lift your mood, sorted like a restaurant menu: quick appetizers, bigger entrées, sides you add to boring tasks, and desserts to keep in check. Tap the ideas you like, add your own, then print or copy it.

Good for: bored or stuck moments, and as a ready-made list of rewards.

75 Hard Calculator

Enter your start date to see your Day 75 finish date, the day you're on and how many days are left. It lists the daily rules too, and gives you a new finish date if you have to start over.

Good for: anyone doing the 75 Hard challenge.

How they fit together

All five follow the same idea: do the thing, collect something right away, and trade it for a reward you picked in advance. A few combinations that work:

  • New habit: run a 30-day challenge and use your dopamine menu as the list of rewards for day 7, 14, 21 and 30.
  • Several habits: the printable habit tracker for the month, with one bigger reward per habit when you hit its goal.
  • A household: the chore chart, with rewards everyone in the home agreed on before the week started.

If you want ideas for the rewards themselves, start with 70 ways to reward yourself or how to set up a reward chart as an adult. For what to track, there are 100 habit tracker ideas, each with a coin value.

The same system on your phone

Paper works until you forget it on the fridge. Habit Rewards runs the same loop on iPhone and Android: each habit you check off pays coins, and you spend them on rewards you set yourself. It also keeps your streaks and sends reminders. Free to download.
